Reminder

A soft nudge β€” no fixed time, no push when the app's closed. Fires sometime between:

Remind me when I arrive here.

Set up encryption

Save this recovery key somewhere safe β€” a password manager, printed, or written down. It unlocks your notes on any other device, and there is no way to get it back if it's lost.

Enter your recovery key

This account's note content is encrypted. Enter the recovery key you saved at setup to unlock it on this device.

Settings

Account

Each browser you've signed in from. Sign out the ones you don't recognise.

The app updates itself in the background; check now to pick up a new version straight away.

Deleting your account permanently removes every note, link, reminder and uploaded file. We email you a link to confirm β€” it cannot be undone. Export your data first if you might want it.

Shared spaces

Notes you've moved into a shared space β€” viewable by anyone with a viewer link, editable by anyone you invite. Create one from a note's βž• menu β†’ "Share this note…".

Header rows

Choose which rows appear under the top bar. A row also stays hidden while it has nothing to show.

Integrate

Send or forward any email to this address and it becomes a note in your account: the subject is the title, the text is the note, and attachments come along (one file becomes a photo, audio, contact or file note; several are bundled in one .zip). New notes aren't linked to anything yet, so they show up under Orphans until you connect them.

Only mail from your account's address () or one of the addresses below is accepted β€” anything else is silently ignored. If your mail provider can't prove an email really came from you, you get a confirmation email first and the note is created when you click its link.

E.g. a work address you forward things from. Each one gets a confirmation link, and counts once you've clicked it.

A read-only URL a home-screen widget app can poll for your current note and what's due. Treat it like a password.

For the app itself on Android, use "Add to Home Screen" in Chrome, same as any device. This separate APK just adds two live home-screen widgets (a 3x3 grid, an agenda summary) β€” it has no login of its own. Not on the Play Store β€” install it directly, then paste the widget feed URL above into its settings.

Download APK

Every timed reminder (not nudges or place reminders) as a live calendar your phone's calendar app rings natively, repeats included β€” edits follow along. Calendar apps refresh slowly (Google: every 8–24 h), so keep the app's own alarms for anything due soon. Note titles are sent to whichever calendar you add it to.

Add to Google Calendar

A scheduled push or email of your agenda β€” what's overdue, due soon, flagged to-do, and open tasks.

Privacy

Encrypt your note text so the server only ever stores and syncs unreadable ciphertext. Titles and reminder times stay plain β€” that's what keeps push, the agenda and search-by-title working. There is no password reset: if the recovery key below is lost, that content is gone for good, by design.

This device holds a recovery key, but your existing notes are still stored as plain text.

Import & export

Bring notes in from another app. A re-import updates matched notes instead of duplicating them. For this app's own export, pick the notes .zip and the attachments .zip together.

Exact copies kept on this server: every note, link, space, reference, reminder, theme and setting, as they are now. Restoring one replaces what's here and can be undone. Attachment files aren't copied β€” they stay on the server. The last 10 you create are kept, plus 10 made automatically before each restore.

Backup is an exact copy of your account (note text stays encrypted if you use encryption) β€” restore it here. Export is your notes as readable Markdown, decrypted on this device β€” for other apps (re-import with Import above). Both leave attachment files out: download those separately; one attachments file serves both.

Restoring replaces what's here now. Pick the backup file, plus the attachments file only if this server is missing files (e.g. a new server) β€” you'll be told. A server backup is taken first, so a restore can be undone.
